A week in the life of our Theatre Intern
You’ll start your week collaborating with a creative team, capturing behind-the-scenes moments and preparing content for our social media channels. Your days will be filled with welcoming guests, supporting workshops, and helping young performers shine, all while enjoying the camaraderie of team sports and wellness activities. Evenings might find you assisting with show setup, front-of-house duties, and joining in on company socials that celebrate your hard work. Throughout, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of theatre operations, from administration to performance. Every week, you’ll see the direct impact of your efforts in the smiles of our audiences and the growth of our community.

What you’ll do

• Inspire and engage audiences: Capture and edit video and photo content to showcase our shows and workshops across digital platforms.
• Support seamless operations: Welcome visitors, manage bookings, and provide excellent customer service to ensure every guest feels at home.
• Empower young talent: Assist teachers and help prepare materials for workshops and camps, making learning fun and memorable for children.
• Bring productions to life: Contribute to costume and prop preparation, and show setup.
• Strengthen our community: Participate in team meetings and collaborate across departments to keep our theatre running smoothly.
