Corporate Operations & Client Supervisor at The Courtyard Playhouse

Role Purpose

The Corporate Operations & Client Supervisor supports the day-to-day running of the Corporate Academy in the UAE. This is a hands-on role focused on client coordination, supporting sales activity, overseeing programme delivery, and helping ensure a consistent and professional client experience.

The role works closely with senior leadership and the wider team to support smooth operations, delivery quality, and client relationships on the ground in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Coordination

  • Act as a main point of contact for UAE-based corporate clients
  • Support ongoing client relationships and repeat bookings
  • Attend and support client meetings, briefings, and debriefs
  • Ensure clients receive clear communication and a smooth experience

Sales & Booking Support

  • Respond to inbound enquiries and support new client conversations
  • Assist with discovery meetings and needs analysis
  • Support proposal preparation and follow-ups
  • Help progress bookings from enquiry to confirmation
  • Support outbound business development activity when required

Programme Delivery & Quality Support

  • Support the delivery of Corporate Academy programmes in the UAE
  • Coordinate facilitators, role play actors, and delivery logistics
  • Be present on-site during programmes where required
  • Support consistency of brand, experience, and delivery standards
  • Assist with post-programme feedback and follow-up

Team & Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day coordination of the Corporate Academy delivery team
  • Assist with scheduling and operational readiness
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic delivery or client queries
  • Escalate issues to senior leadership when appropriate

Administration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Corporate Administrator & Coordinator
  • Help maintain accurate client and booking records
  • Support CRM updates and basic reporting
  • Assist with tracking bookings and pipeline information

Performance Indicators

  • Client satisfaction and repeat bookings
  • Well-organised and timely programme delivery
  • Responsiveness to client enquiries
  • Accuracy of coordination and reporting

Required Profile

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as operations, coordination, sales support, hospitality, retail, training, or professional services
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams
  • Organised, reliable, pro-active and detail-oriented
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility over time
  • Comfortable working in a creative and people-focused environment
